I have been observing that the only man who designs things thinking comman massesand thats why I thought that first let him be informed.Your telecom management as cust. service is very poor. You should learn for competitors as well. there is no cordination between cust service on phone and hubs and dsa. I applied a new post paid mobile corp connection on 28th dec 07,then I received the hand set on 5th jan 08. the phone activated only for an hour but then iit got deactivated . I contacted cust. care I was told contact dealer u took connection as ur fi is negative.then I marked amail on ur cust serv site. they asked me to meet ur tata office .I visited ur showroom in sakarpur at school block delhi.After 3 days of regular harassment I was told we only take care of pre paid.then I again marked a mail but I was given a new address r-53 sakarpur..same aftr 2 days they also told contact ur dealer.no professnalism was there as well very bad language.then i contacted the dealer somehow and he finally said a fi would be done again.on25th jan fi was done .but noww status not updated and today is 1t feb and I am without activatin.Do u think a place whrer I received the fi could be negative. I have taken three more phones in rajasthan but proving of no use.Learn from vodafone i have from one year i have not faced a single prob.my mob no. is 9212527316 .my mail id is agarwal_bkr@yahoo.co.in
