i became a member in late september & was assured 3nights holiday in malaysia as a joining incentive (totally free of cost) rs4000 dining voucher,rs 5000 shopping voucher,6n at club mahindra,etc.but on reaching kl nobody was there 2 pik-up for 2hrs,the hotels were changed at 11th hour,none of these vouchers were given & now these people are untraceble,while club mahindra office have not responded to my compliant.i want a complete refund of whatever amount is remaining,what is the best & sure way rahul j. bhatt

yes.. agree with you.. club mahindra is unreliable and is spoiling the mahindra brand.. my request to others wanting to explore the time share , be very careful.. none of the existing players in india are reliable.. the sterling properties are of poor quality the country club guys appear to be thugs out to make a quick buck and club mahindra scheme is a customer fleecing scheme.. apart from the upfront payment of lacs that you end up paying them, one also has to pay a sum of about 10000 every year ( as annual maintenance ) .. so be very careful enter this club at your own risk and choice
