it is not the job of b-schools to make ceos. their job is to make managers . ceos are to be self-made . managers should mould themselves to become entrepreneurs and finally ceos . irrespective of who sign our paycheck we are the masters of our own destiny . ceos are paid what they are worth in market place . market is neutral . thats why steve jobs is paid $600 million as salary
