Well ,Pandit can bring the Citi to skies.
Is he graduated from IIM??,where had his studies? India/abroad

dude get this out of your head that iim and iit's produces world business leaders.
Of course your mind will now come up with indira nooyi, arun sarin, vinod khosla, rajat gupta but is you look at thier cvs you wil see that the defining institutes have been all the likes of HYPMS and almost all of them have more than one degree from abroad.

It's important to undestand that a person truly becomes BIG by learning in depth about what he/she is interested in. the opposite of what is happening in india. People go to the iit's and iim's because because degrees from these places give relatively better salaries than other places of higher learning do.

By the way VP went to columbia when he was just 16. He also has a phd in finance

I didnot agree with you i definately agree IIT's or IIM's have better brains but

I my experince (I have around 7 years of Experince Right from Manufacturing,R&D now IT)
Seen and interacted with many people but found that ultimately it takes your Depth of Knowledge and hardwork and little bit of luck that brings sucesses.
