R they out there to work or sing and dance?? Why do they need any other idol than Narayana Murthy? There are just some bull shiit practices initiated by the HR's on the ground of retaining employees.

So are they dancing on your time ? Or using your tax money ? What of govt employees who ar epaid our tax money and do no work ?And the idol is a contest,they are not giving a role model to the rest but a contest to allow talent to participate,how does that compete with Narayan Murthy? And how does having Narayan Murthy as an idoltolook upto help engage an employee's creative side ?
