a very good and useful article on coaching. Specially, the examples mentioned are amazing. Looks good to read, but implmenting it matters the most and a tough task. All the best.

one works with dedication and sincierty for only one thing i.e. self satisfaction. i believe it is not the money we work for, it is also the self satisfaction, growth and respect.
