Not all managers are coach

Most managers, especially in big companies, are not coaches. Most of them manage people and rarely try to inspire.

i totally agree with u......all these things are good in text books or coaching classes...once u r in real world, everything is gone

well I am not a manager myself but I do try to be a good person..I believe no fun in blaming anyone, one should improve onself

Most valuable point mr. sack mentioned .This cannot be achieved by simply having bookish knowledge .One should practise and while practising one should be having very flexible EGO and his or her mind should be well controlled
