I think coaching differs from managing. Management mostly involves taking the right decision at the right time, rather than teaching the people. Coaching can be considered as a subset of Management, but coaching totally is not management.

Read the very first line of the article. this article itself tells that coaching is a part for good managing. this article has covered only one thing "COACHING" to managing more perfectly.
