Its good to know that Mr Pandit has become CEO of largest finacial institution in world which influences goverments. The fact that he is From Nagpur whre there is no branch of CitiBank is also to be noted.

We are talking business decisions dude. They are not political decision that a railway minister opens a rail factory in his constituency :) dont even mention such things.
