It's really wonderful as Vikram selected for the top post in Citigroup. It's irony for India, Mittals or Vikrams or Khurans become successful out of India. It should be an eyeopener for our policy makers, political leaderships and other top notch people why it happens. What I feel and many of others also feel same way that there is something wrong in the system which is urgently required to be addressed otherwise we will remain the same i.e. only the followeres and will never become the leaders.
