Vicky Nanjappa analysis is a misleading and wrong
by Sanjeev on Dec 17, 2007 12:09 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

When Vicky is saying that prices in East Bangalore have seen a drop from 3100 to 2100/sq ft, he is misleading people as this information is completely wrong as flats in Whitefield continue to be sold at a price of 3300-3800/sq.ft or even higher (Vaswani's Pinnacle, Sobha Rose and Water wood are some of the examples). I think he is just trying to get Bangalore back in to limelight after many MNCs and people have started deserting Bangalore due to traffic and political reasons. Good try Vicky....but people arent fools these days.

It is not because of traffic and political reasons. In US housing industry is facing problems.Highest houses are available in the last fifty years.Added to this rupee is appreciating .This will have direct bearing on software companies in bangalore.Since highest no. of software companies are in bangalore if this rupee appreciation continues real estate prices will drop to realistic values and it will augar good to non IT common man. To cover up this one this article is made expecting outsiders will come and invest
