It is a night mare for me just after one year of my purchase of property in Bangalore. It was boom when I bought the property in South Bangalore after selling my golden like property in Tamilnadu. It was recommended to me by most of my relatives to do so. I was expecting at least 25% increase in one year but for my illuck, it has come down by 27% of the vlaue I paid due to reasons inexplicable.

u r not an expert on property busines mr rahul better u invest on gold or mutual funds. Bangalore's property price hike was just like a scandal done by polititions / builders nexus. why educated people like u are doing like this
