Because despite presence of Islamic extremists, Dhaka is not having the evil communists, CITU, CPM, CPX, SUCI and other work avoiding, genocide worshipping cults. If the millitary in Bangladesh tries to clean up things and allow people to practise free enterprise, Dhaka may become more developed than Kolkatta in coming years.
