by Karthik Kumar on Aug 24, 2007 11:23 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Lets be really clear. Reliance is a unethical company within fraudulent business practices. Walmart the corporate giant they have more labour union cases against them than the items they have for sale. Check out videos of Walmart corporate practises under google videos, you guys would get a better insight into the company.

Do all guys support these companies entry to Tamil Nadu. Forget what Ramdoss says.

Karthik, you seem to have a 1960s mentality. Can you give us all one example where the Giant Company has really screwed us all up?

Lets take coke and pepsi for example. They came and closed down or bought every one else. But when they increased their price they went into a loss.

As long as consumers are conscious and smart every company will bend down.

We don't have to worry about market domination. Whenever there is an occurance of people suffering, the govt. can act then.

We should be reasonable.

Mr. Eagle,

I would appreciate if you abstain from bringing regional bullshit into this forum. As i recall UP has also banned Reliance Fresh. So nothing wrong with Tamils. Everywhere the politicians are the same.

So suddenly a very ethical person starts talking about ethics. Just sit in a room and think about how many unethical things that you have done from your birth and then blame others.

Don't brush things like bribing to get your driving license and things like that common practice in the country. Count them as unethical. Do not draw a line anywhere when you talk ethics. Let us see and probably everyone who is crying foul will shut up.

I think this forum is not a place for personal attacks. Any ways I strongly feel these corporates by hook and crook will try to destroy the competition which I don't want to see in TN.

I am not against subshiksha setting shops with in TN. I just donot want predatory companies like Reliance or Walmart in this sector. atleast with in TN.
