Who is this minister to decide what is good for country or not. This one fool opreating from one part of the country decides who should do business or not.Is he is the custodian of rural people. He is bothered about the traders . What abt the huge middle class Indians. The economy is running on Middle Class Indians. We have every right to decide whether to buy from Reliance or from Kirana store.
This minister what so ever he does he cannot stop the retail revolution from happening.Such existing people like this minister and the Left are anti-middle class. They should be classified as " Economic Terrorists" of India.

who should decide then, friends. its the politicians.. the MPs, the MLAs, the cabinet of ministers who have right to decide about the fate of the country. do you want the ambani's, tata's, birla's, to decide!!!! unfortunately they they do have the greatest say in the decsion making through the backdoor... as per the indian constititustion the MPs, MLAs and ministers should only decide keeping in mind the people's interest.. wish that could be happening.. the industrialists and stupid middle class would never let that happen...

there is a proverb in hindi " andher nagri chaupat raja". Murkh key desh mein murkh jee sakte hein. retail sector prices should be checked and they should n ot be encouraged to sell at higher price which aam aadmi cannot afford.
these companies shud buy directly from farmers or promote to corporate agriculture where a person would be trained to grow with proper clothes , tools , machines as what happens in south east asian countries like Thailand.
And doing farming is not so easy. It s all management and uneducated kissan cannot fill stomach of 1 billion people. India is open economy. Moreover we indians have no class that is why british ruled us for 200 years. and now because of these politicians we will break this country. one said "now ambanis , tatas after making cars will sell dhaniya mirchi" i say y not when it comes to sell things organised way. one day a kilo tomoto is sold at 2 rs and next week at 40 rs at least this will not happen after organising retail sector. Gouvernment can do one thing to protect small shops that these big chains will have specific time limit like Sunday closed or from 8 am till 8 pm. we do not want to make india land of shopkeepers.

what all you want to be organised... wish you have had any thought about the past.. yes the illeterate and uneducated kisans of this country have been feeding the one billion people to date and not the tata's, ambanis or birla's. if you have even a slightest of the information about the agriculture and food security system of the country you would have not been suggesting corporate farming. just answer one small thing. about two-third of the population of the country is directly dependent on agriculture. would you provide them employmnet if teh agriculture sector is corporatised??? the increasing sensex and shining india with 9% per annum growth is not able to give employemnt even to the educated middle class, where will the farmers be employed them???mayawati who won the up election just a few months ago would have not been forced to cancele the agricuture policy announced by her. our politicians are not fool my dear. they know that internet and sms polls wont get them enogh votes only the illeterate and uneducated vullage and urban poor can give them enough vote to win. so they have to, though half hertedly, bother about them some tiems...
