Clear example of a politically motivated decision to appease certain sections of the population for the sake of votes.

This is one of the reasons why India doesn't develop fast, and why we still encourage medicore class of politicians and people.

agreed & some % cut for the maya of the madam then the boutiques will open ala Maharashtra Power project!!!
