this undesirable step taken by UP Govt. will have long term effect on building favorable atmosphere in building suitable environment for large corporates like RIL,TATA,WALMART,BIRLA,ETC also rollback from existing policy regarding farmers shows that such a important policy decisions are taken even without serious thinking & proper feedback. this may be seen as arm twisting excercise to extract money from such corporates who has high stakes due to already made huge investments.
