The Author is Ignorant

The Author is Ignorant.
It is not Copernicus in 16th century but Aryabatta in 5th century has discovered the earth's movements.

Similarly his description of WalMart is also wrong.
There is IKEA as well in furniture.
What is common between WalMart and IKEA:
All made in China
All made from rubbish materials which will not last for than a few usages.
Wages are very low and there is no benefit( seek pay, pension, medical insurance, gratuity, annual leave---nothing at all.

Why other's cannot do it:
Others are doing it like Fisher-Price or Disney in toys; McDoland in Hambergers, Sony-Sanyo in mobile phone or computers, Cannon in Cameras, Dell in Computers.
Thus, there is no magic.

I agree with you about the quality of products, especially from IKEA. Overwhelming number of their products is made in china, and the quality is terrible. I am currently sittin on a couple of cushions from Ikea. After less than 7 months, all that is left from these is the faded cushion cover - it keeps spewing out feathers left and right, above and below. I'm blowing out a couple through my nose, even as I write this. And the bar stools, made from china. God help - I've suffered enough paralytic butt sitting on these bar stools. The quality of many of their furnitures and kitchen stuff sucks!
