At infosys official work hr is 8.5 that they charge to client. Isn't it illegal as per ILO / UN law to make some one officialy work more than 8hrs without overtime?

No, the limit is 45 hrs a week. And over that employee cannot be forced to work. But if they are willing to, its fine.

i guess u r IT illiterate. hardly there is anybody in IT field who works just 8hrs for the whole year. atleast half of the time he is forced to work more than 8 hrs.

every company in IT industray works for more than 8 hours. Satyam working timings are from 9am to 6:45 pm i don't think any Indian IT company follows 8 hour rule.
