No talent is required for BPO. If you can talk english fluently u can join them. US just needs such fools to work for them at a low cost. Anyways it is best for all those ppl hu are luking for a better job and want some temp money to stay in that city. Just that they have to take care they dont get carried with the money wat they get.

What do you know about BPO? Have you heard about Tech Pubs BPO for Airlines? Do you know Aeronautic Engineers work in Tech Pub BPO. They are surely more talented than you and earn more than you do. Even for a voice based BPO you need talent. Try working in a good BPO like AMEX or GE... then u will know what talent is required. Dont make stupid comments without knowing the facts.

Mr. Crazy. You are right. One should have talent topick the phone and see the monitor and the list of standard Q/A available there and answer them in a nonsense accent trying to act smart? Get a life ! Even I can name the companies. You are getting another call Mr. Crazy. Go pick it up!! lol...

one fine day or in the near future, corporate companies from US and around the world will decide to convert most of their operations in to computer oriented BPO's. then you guys will understand what they were really looking for. unless otherwise india start to depend on it's own, we are still in the danger zone. our so called IT sector is mostly BPO's
