Naidu is a good choice.But it is not about individuals.Mumbai has the potential to become a world class fincnail services center like Singapore, Dubai, London etc. Look at the way Chinese government has tranformed Shanghai and Beijing. The human resource index in Mumbai has to be leveraged. What we need is a pro-active regulatory body consiting of eminent people from industries like Financial services, construction, Real Estate and Urban town planners. The first and foremost project is to develop a mordern train system like Delhi metro to ease congestion and make train transportation a pleaseant experience. I am sure Mumbai has the talent and resources to accomplish this transformation to an IFC.
