Indian mangoes landin in USA
by PKS Sarin on Apr 28, 2007 02:57 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Why this song and dance , worsened by mutual ball scratching in Rediff Messages over Indian mangoes landin in USA. It used to go earlier and it has started going again. This reminds me of the hullabaloo over Abhishek/ Ash marriage , Diana's death , Imran Khan and Sachin Tendulkar's marriages. How long will Indian media take to mature ?

Dear Sir,
Please do not put this piece of news in the same category as that of Abhishek/ Ash marriage , Diana's death , Imran Khan and Sachin Tendulkar's marriages. This is a piece of news having substance. Export of mangoes is beneficial to even those who grow them in India and this process is a part of certain stupid restrictions being now removed by the countries which otherwise call themselves believers of free trade and brand our country as PROTECTIONIST.

Dear Manula

You are right. I agree with you. We get lot of
foreign currency also for exporting mangoes.

Best Regards
Ramana
