This guy is either pulling promises out of his ass or his plans are not seeping through to people. It has been 5 months since I applied a broadband and haven't got a word from BSNL. Some equipment hasn't reached them, they tell. Who is to be blamed...

Just because you went up to the office and filled a form doesn't mean that you should receive a broadband connection the very next morning.
These things are not very simple to execute and there are lot of technical difficulties involved especially in India.

Ok i will tell u something in UK, there are places where certain service providers dont provide service at all, they say no to you. There are places in UK where there is no mobile coverage and u can do nothing...boss BSNL has not said no to you, consider lucky, and UK is half the size of maharashtra !!!
I dont support BSNL, problems are everywhere, u need to find a solution.
By the way lecturing is easy and doing it is difficult, so sorry, i hope u r problem gets solved !!
