We gotta see % of the population that is talented and % that are unemployable... Not just head count of 'talented' people that too 'talented' as defined by us... hmmm...

yeah rightly said i want to add one more thing we're the largest country in terms of no. of people unemployed.and probably in %terms too. So boss look at the darker side also if want to improve.
