Licence to allow Wall Mart to operate in India depends how much of indian produced items wall mart uses, if it benifits Indian producer then only allow. Item wise or percentage wise to be judged. Wall Mart not be allowed as sales outlet of Chineese or Mexican product in India.

they should do the same thing to indian software companies which killed the local software companies due to low cost?
