U need to be exceptionally good if u have to do business in kerala. Keralites seems to work well only outside the state.
Kerala is a state of paradox in many ways.
Its a fact that many people working outside the state are actually paid less than what they would have got if they worked in kerala. This is mostly true in the lower wage groups.
Ask any entreprise in kerala. It really faces a shortage of people who are actually willing to work. The biggest problem kerala faces is that its employable workforce is outside the state. This a main reason for the poor work culture in the state.

Keralites are actually yedas. They leave "God's own country" and go abroad to work. Companies dont set up shop there becoz these idiots close them down in a year's time with strikes & lockouts. My appeal to Keralites to give up all these stupid "laal salaams", allow industries to function smoothly and then see - you guys dont have to leave your wives and children and go to a desert to earn income. Think about it folks. Make a new beginning. And lastly, control your ego - particularly, when you make some money. Remember, PRIDE DESTROYS.
