India has 1.1 billion people.
350b$ comes to about $318 per person in India.
(It is about Rs. 13,260 per person on today's
exchange rate.)
Now you tell me whether $318/person looks
enough to bring USA like infrastructure
(road, power, telecom, education etc..) in
India.
