INFOSYS
by john on Apr 13, 2007 03:09 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Family run groups should feel ashamed to see this....infosys has highly professionalised approach...this group will always do well...thier ethical and professional standards are very strong....groups run by owners /relatives/chamchaas should learn frm this.

Indeed you are right. Family run businesses in India are mostly run on primitive lines. Most of them dont have enough good sense to see that professionally run business can actually benefit the family.
I work for a family run business. About its mode of running business, management, operations, etc, the less said the better
