When rupee appreciates, margins on business goes down due to competition, still profits soar then there are 2 things wrong

1] company is recruiting to many junior's or fresher's to save human costs this means not a great quality in work

2] defintely some accounting goof up to keep bunch of guys on bourses happy

do not forget were news of all major it companies doing fera violations in those days, only thing was no proof was found ever

Your first point is 100% wrong. Fresher means bad quality is not a true sentence and can not hold any logical ground. Because every one was fresher one upon a time and we all learn by making mistake.

Agree with Arpan! Freshers also bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team.

dude, first learn stuff about accounting and accounting standards. Salaries of freshers does not consititute to even 10% of the income. So hiring freshers is not a way in which they are generating output. They simply are doing a great job and getting good projects. Moreover I feel its because of such companies that so many people in india are employed today.
