Definitely the editor of this website needs a crash course in doing good and correct headlines.
I'm sure more than 90% of the users thought it was a govt-imposed ban, making me happy for a moment...that is until I realised that it was yet another 'show of protest' in a state that has plenty of it in multitude forms.
