does any one have an idea as to where he will conduct his matches if bccci refuse to allow using their stadiums ?

I don't think it is a big problem. For starter what Mr. Chandra need is One stadium only. His earning will be from telecast not from tickets sales.
I think what Mr. Chandra is doing is good for Indian Cricket. Without a competitor to BCCI, Indian cricket will not improve.
We know BCCI will not drop non performing super stars from the team. BCCI too need these stars otherwise how would they will be able to sell telecast right to biggest bidder.
