But unfortunately BCCI will not accept this idea.There are reasons to say this,just wait some time now.

Right. Because the BCCI is rolling in money and dont want to part with it. Govt should bring a legislation to make BCCI give 25% of its yearly revenues to Hockey and Atheletics federations.
