The UTI is a very big organisation that has grown to its extent of inefficiency. I had written to them asking for information on two schemes that my father had taken in my name. Though their default mail acknowledges receipt of the mail, the query has still not been answered. I am one person out of the 85 lakh customer base they have; God knows how many more have suffered like this.
