we, people are responsible for becoming our cities dirtier. If we go and visit some areas in cities like London (Eastham,Southall,whitechapel, upton park) Barcelona (Parallel) Frankfurt (opp: main train station) , Rome (opp: termini station) and Singapore (where indians are living) then we can definitely say Asians(Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis) are the dirtiest people. Remaining areas look very clean and tidy compared to the locations mentioned above. Those areas mostly occupied by asians. They run 2,3 shops within one shop. They run busineeses on footpaths. They dump all old house old items on the streets or infront of their houses. People cross the roads where they are not supposed to be crossing. Half of the properties look very old without proper maintainance. There are some areas which are exceptional they look good eventhough our people are living there.I don't know the reason. There is 24 hours power and water supply, there is regular collection of garbage but still the streets, shops look very basic. The problem is within our lifestyle people want to save money they don't want to spend on the maintainace of the properties, some are lazy don't want to keep the houses and premises clean and tidy the average manual hours spend by asians are very less compared to avg hours spend by a white in maintainig the property. Why countries like New zealand,Australia, Canada, Britain, U.S and majority of the european countries and their cities look good and beautiful and why countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangaldesh and majority of the south asian countries and their cities look dirtier ? money or wealth is not a sole facor may be one of the factors but attitude is the main problem

i AGREE WITH YOU TO A LARGE EXTENT , THE PROBLEM HERE IS COMFORTABLE ACCEPTANCE OF MEDIOCRITY IN ALL SPHERES OF LIFE ( CLEANLINESS INCLUDED) IS A MAJOR PROBLEM HERE. WELL ONE MUST ADMIT THAT LIFE IS MUCH TOUGHER HERE SO ONE CANNOT LIVE HERE OPPOSING MEDIOCRITY
