What we Mumbaiker get, we pay highest Tax in India compare to any Metro and still Neither State Govt. nor Central Govt. cares about Mumbaiker.
Every working person in Mumbai get Tax Deducted from Salary and in return what they get not a Enough Pure Drinking water, No Fresh Air to breath and no space in Local Trains.

Large part of the taxes Mumbai pays goes 2 centre & not to the state govt. so one can not blame Maha govt for not developing Mumbai. Infact Mumbai is the priority when it comes to developing Maharashtra. There no logical reason u provided on the basis of which Mumbai shud b separated from Maharashtra. If u r so greedy 4 developement why dont u say seperate Mumbai from India.

this idea that mubia pays 40% of taxes to the centre is bullshit. The fact is most of corporate hq of comapnies like tata ,relaice essar etc is in mumbai , these comanies have factories in bihar orrisa bengal , himachal and all over the world.the workers and managers in all those factores are local and all over india.same goes for white collar jobs. i have been hearing this bullshit for years.
