Left parties keen on Chinese FDI
by Raj N Khanna on Oct 12, 2006 06:29 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Ports, airports, defence deals are some of the most vulnerable where at all costs we should not allow any of our neighbours, and more so the Chinese, who have designs on major portions of our north east, to enter. Their postures even today in the United Nations are more pro-Pakistan. They are already smuggling spurious goods into India through northern borders and are thus acting against our Industry. There seems to be something seriously wrong inviting China to make ports in India and that too at such a strategic location as Kerala is.
