Its neither the "cinderlla" complex, nor the glass ceiling, nor the way how a household treats women family members. It would vary on a case-to-case basis. and we dont need to talk about age-old traditions, since they have been there since "ages". The only hope is ofcourse the "Changing Times", which again would obviously not guarantee "change" just because one would like to "think" so.
off-late there have been changes based on way of living and the culture of the "city" that prompted many to open up jobs that would traditionally more befitted women. (for example in the hospitality industry).
