Chip design is a fairly technical stuff. India can make mark in global arena if it is able to produce and nuture something like this. We have been taking comparative advantge in production of inferior goods till now. The significant value addition takes place only through developed countries due to technical advancement. We can bridge this gap and move towards becoming developed nation.
