I agree. I have served in the Army for 25 years took part in kargil war too... and now in the corporate world for two years....the younger managers are indeed short on leadership....especially dealing with people... they are soft/physically also weak.... and not trained adequalitly to deal with real life tough situations......to this extent army lays a lot of stress and trains too in its own way..... thanks
