Dear Ratan, In this case you can make 3 part of your monthly investment. 33% of Rs 4000 you go for PPF investments and rest 67% with two equal amount of MF diversified equity SIP can be opted. As you are 25 years you should look at investment little more towards equity for long term. Please note have check on your MF portfolio on a regular basis i.e. atleast once in 3 months. Take Care.
