Japanese/American get the info right....
by Ravi on Mar 15, 2006 11:34 AM   Permalink

Hello Sir,

Got the point about what you are trying to convey.

But with respect to the story that you attributed for Japanese have a superior approach to problem-solving, i.e the ice cream story, it was not solved by a Japanese company but, it was a problem in Pontiac Division of GM motors and the problem was solved by American engineer.

Now are we to believe that Americans have a superior approach to problem solving? or Would it mean that Japanese have superior approach provided you give the right example?

Anyways, all my point is in this age of information technology...it is become very necessary to get the data right and give right information in all sense of the word.
