Sir, the intereview isjust an indication of how much humble Mr. NARAYAN MURTHY is as person and what a visioner with his thinking. Infosys\'s outstanding performance is the result of his and his trusted associates hard effort which is always driven by innovation and values. at this point of time I like to make a request to him that the selection critieria for job need not be completely based on Apptitude Test, Which is found to be tough for students who have studied in regional languages. I suggest to select the candidates based on the marks scored in the examination & provide them training according to their merit. I am confident anyone who is practically trained throughly will definately show marked perfrmance in any field. I like to bring to notice that most of the instutions that provide education are not upto the mark you have been looking for. I wish him all the best and happy retired life. At last , one thing, I hope to see him has our PRESIDENT After another genius ABDUL KALAM vacates.
