Narayana Murthy's comments and statements are extremely down to earth for a common man to understand and are very practical and doable. His statements on globalization are real eye openers. Everything must change and so he plans to hand over the charge systematically at Infosys.
But he still has to do so much for the country. He should be special adviser on Development, giving a helping hand to the President and Prime Minister - and should be allowed to function with a free hand WITHOUT POLITICAL INTERFERENCE. People like Sreedharan of Metro fame, Kurien of Milk fame should all join this team of advisers. They all together can make India race ahead towards develoment.
Even a few lines from them spoken or written inspires us.

He has candidly sized up the situation. But what prevented him in devoping the infra structure. why did he concentratein already developed cities viz Ba ngalore, Hyderabadetc. he never bothered about creating great income disparities. He does not deserve the position he has been given by his industry. Let him read the recent article on infrastructure by mr Indiresan.( retd director of I.I.T.Madras.) WHY does he notcreate a corporation to develope the infrastructure a nd prove his worth

Mr. Sundaram, take it easy, you may be a bit right in saying, Mr. Murthy did not create any infrastucture, but, at the same time you cannot say that Mr. Murthy does not deserve the position he has been given by the industry.
