Murthy's 5 steps for success

Very good article.

All the five steps are always required for any business.

However according to me inspite of all the above steps
one may not get sustained business for a long time.

The most important thing is customer satisfaction.

Even if in diversified business, old satisfied customers will take a chance to test the new diversified products/services.

Thus customer satisfaction lead to a kind of perpetual business in diversified fields.

I would say, the five steps if followed will directly or indirectly lead to Customer Satisfaction. If Customer Satisfaction is focussed, some of the moral values may be overlooked in the process and hence, stick to moral values, and customer satisfaction will follow.
