Doing this kind of missions sucessfully in singleshot is not possible. I have confidence on our ISRO. It will do this mission success in near future. And this money is not at all wasted, we can learn our mistakes from that. This amount loosed is nothing, if we Compare this amount with the amount we are spending on our frequent Elections. lol ;)

:) good point on elections, However the ends of the purpose is important. What will we do with the satellite? do we need more? If DishTV, SunTV, SkyTv is paying money to ISRO and taking the risk as well as the insurance then it is fine. Else it is a sheer waste. Better to build cars and bikes, the Tata way of doing things.
