Airports must be privatized, not only from the infrastucture point of view but from the staff as well. It takes hell lot of a time to clear embarkment procedure at the Delhi Airport. People sitting there can't even type names and the take so frequent breaks even if there's a huge line waiting for them.
It feels really bad while leaving as well as entering India after seeing these guys working. Privatisation will definitely increase the standard of working dramatically. We should learn from the sectors where privatisation has completely changed the face of the sectors, whether be banks or communication to mention.
I am defineltely looking forward to better looking airports and more efficient people working there.
