It is HIGH time the government moved out of running airports,airlines or hotels etc. It is also well known the attitude of government workers towards providing service. Airporet and airlines are service providers and it is important that it is run on a competitive basis to constantly imporove service provided to millions of passengers who pay for this service but never gets it. What the government can do is to provide suitable training for the existing empolyees and make them employeable under the changing enviornment. I wonder if the airports aare for the benifit of the few thousand employees or for the many million passengers. Who are we trying to satisfy? I guess it should be the one who pays for it. i.e. the PASSENGERS! If the employees think that they can bring the nation to a halt, the government must take stern action. SAVE THE TAX PAYERS MONEY.
