Dr Singh is no more the PM of India than Tony Blair is Queen of England - he's a proxy PM, a mere pawn, a puppet in the hands of Sonia Gandhi, incapably of any unilateral, personal decision-making. Sonia Gandhi is not just the Cong party chief, but 'the' hand behind the PM, making all decisions, with Dr Singh merely mouthing them in public. Remember it's the same commie Cong policies which created the original dungheap of a mess, and now once more adding to the pile. The more things change they more they stay the same - so much for 'reforms'.
