Mr.Premji's observation that big ideas come from outside or other people is true but at the same time one has to be responsive to these ideas, then only can he be able to recieve them. Responsiveness to new ideas is a gift and also a developed skill which can be built by getting involved in our activities. Trusting the vision that has come along with the idea and putting in sincere, consistant and constant efforts to convert the idea into a reality is creativity. Undivided attention and a pinpoint focus will make the whole process innovative.
The article was great, few words but packed with firm belief and trust along with the efforts that have been put over decades can very easily wake a sleeping giant and make him attempt what Mr. Premji has acheived.
