Unfortunately, in our country, creativity and innovation in IT industry means coding and testing of software products conceived and designed by others. We are simply doing the labor intensive task and maing living. I feel, in IT field creativity and innovation means conception of novel operating systems, new programming languages, algorithms, tools and techniques, applications and so on, and creativity means converting them into products through creative design and implementation techniques.
